Ipod touch problem

Hello,
my ipod wont turn on, it was 50% battery, i tried plugging it to my usb to pc but i didnt see the name pop up i tried holding on to the button on the ipod where to open it but it wont open i tried chaging it but it still wont open what do i do

Hello,
try holding the menu button and the center button at the same time for about 10 seconds. then see what happens. It should go back to normal.
