1. Did the computer ever had Windows installed on it? If so, what version?
2. Toshiba does not supply Windows disks, where did you get the Windows disk?
3. Have you purchased this Toshiba brand new? When?
4. Where you aware that that Kioskea is a mutual aid community, all answers on the forum are provided by volunteers who give their time free to help solve issues?
