I have a computer I made, and it powers up fine. When I start it no signal come up on the monitor. It contains a new CPU, but I wasn't able to find the cmos on the motherboard. I've tried taking out the small battery and starting it, I've also tried multiple graphics cards but nothing works. There is a ASUS m5a97 motherboard, a PNY GEFORCE GT 610 graphics card, and a 1 terabyte hard drive.

It does not beep, and there is no built in display.
