Hi Abhijeet02,
Have you tried uninstalling the drive from Device Manager, restarting the PC and plugging the device back in. Try with another USB cable. All the troubleshooting steps you have followed seem correct. It is unfortunate none of them solved the issue. Check the manufacturer's web page for some driver updates. Check some recovery tools. If the drive keeps being undetected, contact the manufacturer's support. Usually they provide some data recovery suggestions. I recommend you to hide your serial number because it contains information about your drive and its warranty conditions.

Thanks for the help. But as I said my hard disk is not showing up in Device Manager. I have tried another USB cable as well, it didn't helped. I didn't find any driver update on manufacture's web page. Seagate have a seatool recovery tool but it is also not detecting my external hard disk.
Can you suggest any tool for data recovery. Data is very important and I need to recover it.

whether your Hard disk detected in BIOS if not try to use it with any other pc..
There are lots of recovery software available mostly recover data from detecting hard disk..
