Hi, really hoping someone can help.
I got a Toshiba Satellite 6 months ago. Its been working fine but in the last few days it just wont do anything. After signing in the screen goes blank, on the odd occassion it does get to the desktop its so slow nothing opens properly ("not responding on everything) and it just wont do anything.
Tried clearing cookies, resetting factory settings, disabling addons, taking battery out - nothing!
I tried uninstalling programs but its to slow to do it but there are some random files in there ive not seen before titled with random letters ????

Can someone please help before it goes out the window????

looks like you need to restore it to factory condition.

that leaves only a hardware problem which only a new motherboard will solve. It's probably cheaper to buy a new laptop that to fix this one.

Good luck
