Start the system and at dell logo keep tapping on the `F8' key. In the `Advanced boot option' window click on `Repair your computer' and then follow the on screen instruction to select the language setting and to log in as `Administrator'. `
Click to select `Dell Datasafe Restore and Emergency Backup''.
Next select `Select other system Backup and more options' and click `Next'.
Select `Restore my Computer'.
Click next on the screen where `Factory image' is highlighted.
Select `Restore without preserving new or changed files' and click `Next'.
Click `Next' to begin scanning your computer for changed files.
Click on `Yes, continue' and click `Next'.
The computer is restored to the default factory configuration. When the restore operation is completed, click Finish to restart the computer.
The software is now installed as it was when the computer was first received.
