Connect to Internet

Using VSat via Netgear Wireless Router, connection established and at least two users connect to the Internet and can browse the web. However, other users report connection to the Netgear Router is confirmed, however, 'can't connect to the internet' message is received. I see there are a number of threads on this and have accessed and will try to solve using these.

Hi Jeff, thanks for the very prompt response, the Netgear Router is a N300 WiFi Router, Model WNR2000V5. this is connected to a Hughes VSat modem another laptop connects to the internet - works well, other users, from the same office, connect fine to the Netgear, however, 'No Internet Access' ?

This router should accept up to 32 simultaneous clients. Maybe it's a matter of DHCP. Check what IP range is defined in the router's setup.

Thanks Jeff, this could be an issue, I will check and revert back... here's hoping this will solve all.
