Has anyone ever heard of someone configuring your internet connection through another computer connection! I believe the cable guy did this to my connection. Now it doesn't matter what internet service I get, I am still connected to another computer. How can I change this. I have tried to get help, but nobody believes me. I wonder if maybe the government is watching me... Maybe for comments I have made on FB, about the president.

No, I have never heard of such thing as being connected to another computer.

How can you tell that you are connected to another computer?
