I can't move the cursor while typing

Hello,
While typing I can't move my cursor. It happened form when I installed windows 10.
There is more more same topic, saying that u need to disable touchcheck, but I cant find touchcheck option in my pc. Please tell me its location or please tell me any another solution for this problem.

"touchcheck" is a hardware option that is machine dependent.

What make and model laptop do you have?
