Hello,
my cd driver will not read any thing I put into it.called hp tech and they want 200.00 bucks to fix it.CAN SOME ONE PLEASE HELP THIS POOR OLD MAN.

Perhaps an external USB DVD driver would be cheaper. I suggest you check them out on Amazon.

Hello,
I wanna run blue stacks and enable hardware assisted virtualisation to play PW mobile but I can't access bios after I followed all the steps (windows key>settings>recovery>advanced startup>restart>trouble shoot firmware UEFI configuration)

Instead of configuration I get diagnostics screen with things like system info or BIOS update or rollbacks feature, language and EXIT and that's it, none of the real (HP) BIOS features.

Hp tx1000 boots a Blank screen

Hello,
My hp tx1000 suddenly stops functioning after booting it for a long time of just about 2weeks. I replaced a new hard disk, remove the ram and blow it, remove the battery, nothing change. All I see when I power it is just blank screen, not even the bios has display.
Please I need your help.

Hello,

This morning I turned on my laptop and worked perfectly... for a couple seconds. My HP pavilion Dv6000 froze and I decided to manually turn it on and back on. I pushed, and held the power button until it turned off. Once it turned off I decided to take the battery out (for no apparent reason). So I took it out and put it back it (i didn't really touch anything). Once I put it back in I tried turning it on by pressing the power button, but it wouldn't turn on. The screen is black, there are no blue lights that are on. (These lights are on when you turn the laptop on).

I tried the taking out the battery and hold power button for 30-60secs trick, but no luc...

Hello,
I have an HP pavilion XT963 that has way to many duplicate windows files on it. I found this out when I downloaded a duplicate finder. Since I dont know enough about what windows are safe to remove and which arent I have left them all on there. I am also having problems downloading some items because it will start the intial download and then I get an error message stating that there's a problem with the internet connection. But its connected and working fine. I am able to get online and get onto any site I want without any problem.
So I figure that if I can reboot the computer to its origional factory condition, maybe it will eliminate all the extra files and be like n...
