Hi I have a 64gb pendrive of the transcend.bt whenever I open it in my laptop,it's only have size in just a few kb. How can I access it as before.

Navigate to 'Disk Management' and see what's the exact size of your pen drive is visible. You can also try formatting through explorer interface and see if you've restored all your PD space.

- Launch it, a shortcut will be created on your desktop.
- Choose "Clean" option.
- A pop-up will follow
- Once you're ready, click "OK".
- While cleaning, you will lose access to your desktop, but this is normal.
