Can't Access Memory Card Closed

Question

Hello, 

 I have just upgraded to Windows 10 and since then I have been connecting my Phone and Tablet, but it is not being detected nor can i access their memory cards.

Can anyone help me!


Configuration: Windows / Chrome 44.0.2403.155

Windows 10 apparently has an problem with this. I have the same issue, camera is recognized but SD Card shows empty.Work around that has been suggested is find a computer that doesn't have windows 10, download to a flash drive & then copy to your windows 10 computer.
