All it says is this....
Reboot and select proper Boot device or Insert Boot Media in selected Boot device and press a key
I tried the hold down 0 zero and turn on to do factory reset and it hasn't worked but keeps saying the phrase above. Please I am at a loss and can afford to take it anywhere.

This message suggests your hard disk has failed and needs to be replaced.
Perhaps a local repair shop can disgnose the problem.
