My pc keeps going to digital power saving mode

Hello,

i have tried reconnecting the dvi cable but when i on the power is just goes to(digital power saving mode) and they keyboard mouse and headset also does not light up what should i do.

The "power saving mode" message comes from the monitor itself. This indicates the computer is not sending a video signal to the monitor. Probably indicating a dead computer.
