My son tried to install a new power supply and a graphics card to my pc and since this my monitor says no signal. We have cleaned and checked plugs, memory, CMOS, etc and it still is not working. Is my motherboard bad? Please help!

I suggest you reinstall the old parts before you decide the MB is at fault.

We alreàdy reins5alled all the old parts and its still the no signal.

Then it appears that you fried the motherboard.
