Toshiba satellite c55t-b5230 won't start up

My Toshiba satellite c55t-b5230 is showing no signs of starting up. The screen is completely black and no lights are coming on around the power button. It acts like it's completely dead but it's been plugged in for three hours. When plugged in the screen appears to be dully flashing in black like it l wants to come on but then doesn't. I've tried to let it go dead but it doesn't show any signs of that either. It appears to be turned off but when I try to started it doesn't show any signs of starting. Please help.

Hi try to plug out the charger and the battery press the power bottom for 30 sec and put them back and turn it on hope it work good luck
