Hello, my dell laptop inspiron 14 has a problem i think. When i opened it blank screen appeared, and it even don't turn off. But when i press the power button to turn off it.. it only sleeps. How can i fix this??

please help me..

Mines doing that to. I even took the battery out and unplugged it. I can't get response to nothing and got test due sometime today. Not sure when can't get online. No car disabled so can't go anywhere either.
