Spilled water on toshiba laptop

Hello,

I spilled about a half a cup of water on toshiba laptop keyboard, I immediately took the battery out and left to dry for about a week. I tried turning it on now and the recovery wizard came on. So I clicked out of box state but when it finishes it just goes black with cursor, any ideas?
