Hello,
I have formated my dell inspiron and reloaded with new windows 10. There was an issue with parition initially and later it was ok. Now the laptop is not starting and the screen is not on. System beeps without any action. Hard disk, RAM all seems ok. I am running original windows 10. Can somebody help
