Hello,
I have Acer windows xp laptop. My laptop won't start. When it start until the hard disk check, it freezes. First it says the installation is not install correctly but now when i start it, it appeared to safe mode and whatever then now there is no safe mode. It start and freeze when the hard disk check. Help me! Please )':

hi,
this may be a hard disk error.
when booting your computer, press F8 repeatedly to enter the boot menu.
select safe mode with command prompt.
type dskchk for a disk check or type scanreg to fix any problem on your HDD.
