I bought an Acer Aspire ES14 a month ago. Last day, when I'm having my research, I found out that the battery left 5 percent. So, I close all the open files and shut down my laptop, but I forget to shut down the wi fi connection. When I got home I directly charge it, and in the morning when I open my laptop, it shows "hibernating" word a loading sign. I don't know what to do. I restart it many times but it still on hibernating mode. How does it come up with this

Thank you
I suggest you do the following:
1. remove the battery and the power cord
2. press and hold the power button for 30 seconds
3. re-insert the battery and the power cord
4. try to start the laptop again

Good luck

Thank you, xpcman 34
