internet connected but cannot access anything Closed

Hello, 

I'm need help about the internet connection, as I reeember, i havent downloaded anything lately..
I try to search around and ive tried to flush dns, release and renew and do everything that's cmd related from what i can find.. 

And I already check the proxy on ie, already uncheck it.. 
Try to system restore but it says i dont have any restore point

Steam is working(only chat), i cannot browse, cannot play, basically cannot do anything(like downloading anti virus or anything)

I suspect there's virus but I don't have any virus removal tool and i cannot download it bcs no internet access

I really need your help

Hello,

Try this 1

1) Temporary disable your Firewall/Antivirus and check if you are able to

browse. 

2)  If the problem still exists then make sure that proxy server is not 

selected.

Right click on the "Internet Explorer" icon --> Click on "Properties" --->

Click on "Connections" tab --> Click on "LAN Settings" button. In that

window uncheck all the options, if you notice any option selected. 

3) If the problem still exists then

Click Start --> Run --> In search box, type cmd --> Then "CMD" will 

be displayed in the search --> Now right-click on "CMD" ---> Select "Run 

as administrator". Now enter this command

netsh winsock reset catalog --> Press Enter

netsh int ip reset resetlog.txt --> Press Enter.

Restart your PC.
