Hello,
Since upgrading to windows 10, my mouse and/or touchpad stop functioning after a period of inactivity. If I sign off or switch user it comes good (most of the time) when i sign back in, If I restart all works fine for a while. Works fine on a reboot
I am using a Toshiba L750 notebook and Logitech Anywhere MX mouse

I suppose you have tried the obvious, change the batteries in the mouse.
