Help with accounts for itunes!

I just got an ipod touch and I have to download new software on my windows vista computer, for itunes.
There are two accounts. One administrater and one standard. In order to download the software it says I have to be logged in as an administrater but I cant find my other acount at the homepage(where you log in) and when i go to switch user, the other account is not there. I need to download this version of itunes. Any help?

hi,
try to press Alt+Ctrl+del, check if you get the option to log off.
or press the windows key+L on your keyboard to log off, then you should be able to select the accounts.

what you do is you go to the start menu, and click your profile picture. then click add new account. that is the only thing i can think of and im not that good with windows because i like always use Macintosh hope you get it
