Cyberpower court No signal

Hello,


I have a cyberpower court that I got a couple months ago. I tried to setup a monitor to it I've tried VGA and HDMI and I can't get a signal. I've tried the unplug and hold the power button. I tried it out when I got it and it worked but now it's in another room and doesn't?

What's a "cyberpower court"?

Some kind of desktop computer?
