Hello,
I tried to download photoshop onto my laptop, and then the screen went black. I turned the laptop off using the power button, but even though I have it plugged in, it won't turn back on. It shows that it's charging on the bottom near the mousepad, and it also shows down there when I press the power button to turn it back on. I've tried taking the battery out and putting it back in, but that didn't work. Is there anything I can do, or should I take it somewhere and have someone else look at it? Thank you!

Try this
1. Remove the battery and cable.
2. Press and hold the power button for 58 seconds.
3. Replug and start.
Good luck
