Dell inspiron black screen

Good day sir.. I have a problem with my dell inspiron 15 5000... Cause at first when i turned on, its totally ok then i went to the comfort room, then when i return the LCD is all black... I turned it off assuming it'll be fine when i turned it on again but it is still the same.. What could possibly the problem sir? Help..

Try this

1. Remove the battery and cable.

2. Press and hold the power button for 58 seconds.

3. Replug and start.
