Hi Juma,
Could you tell me what is the problem with your USB device? You want to format it, but the format cannot be completed?
I recommend you to check the drive on another PC or while in Safe Mode. Try formatting from Disk Management. If that’s not possible, open command prompt and type the following commands:
Diskpart
List Disk
Select Disk n (n is the number of the drive)
Clean
Exit
Press Enter after every command.
Go back to Disk Management and try to format the device.
