No Internet Access

Hello,

So, I can connect to the wi-fi however it says "No internet" and the icon has the dreaded yellow triangle. I can connect to said wi-fi on my phone and it works perfectly but doesn't on my laptop. Any suggestions welcome!

may you have not install Ethernet driver or wireless lan driver thats why this is happening.
