No internet connection even if packages are received

I bought a router ASUS N18. I connected it but it says that no internet connection even if it shows that internet packages are received. I also got message that the cable is not connected. Could anyone help with this problem?

Is this a wired or wireless connection? Even though it is wireless, you can connect to device, but if the device isn't configured correctly, you will continue to have problems!

Get a Command prompt and get your IP configuration. Post here!
