Monitor no signal

When I was on my CPU the fans are running but in cpu the light are not blink and the monitor was on and it displaying no signal it is not displaying the boot up menu

The computer appears to have failed. I suggest you have a local PC repair shop diagnose the problem.

When the pc was repair all the people will go to the repair shop only they will not go to bike repair shop I asked the question what I want to do

Sorry there is nothing you can do to repair the laptop. I will take a qualified PC repair Tech to diagnose and possibly repair it.

I have never heard of a bike repair shop that was qualified to repair PC's.
