LG monitor in power saving mode one computer

I have an LG monitor. I can connect to laptop and it works fine. I use the same cable and connect to dell pc and it only displays "Analog Power saving mode". I can use the same cable and connect to another PC and it also works. As far as the PC - I can connect a different monitor and it works. Its only this monitor with this PC.
