Trouble booting up

Hello,
I'm having some trouble with my laptop when I boot it up. I press the power button and it turns on. The HP logo appears, and it freezes there. Then it restarts, turning to black screen, then back to the HP logo, and it continues doing this. I do not understand why, and have tried everything.

Looks very much like a motherboard power supply issue. The same happened to me.

I suggest you consult your friendly neighbourhood repair shop.
