hello,
I have WD my passport 1tb it was working earlier in my laptop but suddenly it stopped working n not showing in my computer i have checked in other laptops also its making the system hang as i have important documents in it plzz help me to gst the documents

Hi I believe your hard drive is affected by virus, I would suggest you to run check disk command to troubleshoot this issue.
