Internet issue

My husband has a Dell Inspiron 3 3000, windows 10 with Mcafee. As of yesterday he can open up the browser and get to Yahoo but after that the thing just spins and spins not going anywhere else. All our other computers are working fine as far as internet. Help

Try a different browser? What is he using for browsing?
