IPod touch 6th generation stoped working

Hello, I was using my IPod 6th generation last night when out of no where the screen just went black. I know that it was fully charged and the screen froze. My home button doesn't work and my assistive touch stopped working as well. I've had it plugged into my computer for about an hour now and it's still not working. What do you recommend that I do? I still hear the charging sound when I plug it in and I hear ringtones for incoming face time calls I just can't see anything.
