Laptop goes off on start

Hello,
I have been trying to fix a laptop for about two weeks now to no avail. It goes off after 2 seconds of starting up. But when the screws are not on it works perfectly. But when I press it down with my hands it also goes off.

It appears there is a short or the motherboard is broken. It's only possible to find the problem with physical access to the laptop.
