Hi Venkatesh R,
I am sorry for any inconveniency caused by your WD drive. Do you have important data stored on the drive? If you do, please test your My Passport on another PC and with another USB cable. Do not try to format or initialize the drive. Check if the drive is listed in Disk Management with a correct file format. Does the file format appear as RAW?
Search for a data recovery tool and try to backup all important data. I leave you a link with some suggestions. If you manage to save all data, format the drive and download the WD diagnostic software Data Lifeguard Diagnostic:

Check the drive’s condition. If it appears At Risk and the drive is under warranty, please contact the seller.
