I have internet service but ps3 won't connect

Hello,

My ps3 won't connect to internet. Do you know what's wrong ?

Has it ever worked? Is it your gateway or your ISP's? My guess is that you installed a new gateway or router, and it is N enabled, and the PS3 is only rated for G. You asked what could be wrong, and that could be wrong. Of course with a little more detail, we could be certain what the problem is, but for right now, that is MY BEST GUESS!
