My Laptop is NOT turning ON! HELP!

Hello,
The problem of my laptop is that it's really not starting.. What I mean, my laptop is turn off, and if I am turning it on, it does not working... What should I do??

Try this

1. Remove the battery and cable.

2. Press and hold the power button for 58 seconds.

3. Replug and start.
