Please, share more information regarding the problem that you have. I need you to answer the following questions, in order to get a better perspective on the issue:
1. How do you connect the laptop to the network – via cable or wireless?
2. Have you made any hardware or software changes recently?
3. When did this error start to happen?
4. Have you tried restoring the Os to the last known good configuration?
