Hello,


i would like to check...there is internet connection but not able to access internet through IE. Able to ping websites but when use IE, it shows cannot display page. have checked the internet option, all settings are correct. After doing PC recovery still facing same issue..please help.Even tried using opera. still same issue.

hi,
check if the Work Offline is checked in File tab.
if yes, uncheck it.
