Internet connected but no connection after new modem.

Internet status connected but unable to connect. Recieived a new modem from my ISP yesterday and I'm thinking I have to configure it to work with my router. I don't know but it's really annoying.

You should call the ISP and have them walk you thru the install

Thanks but I received the new modem yesterday. I've had a new one before And never had to reconfigure anything. And.. they are closed until Monday. But I definitely will call them on Monday.
