Programs not opening

i have had this issue for a few weeks now everytime i try open some programs ex. gpu drivers or games it will look like its opening but then suddenly just stops loading, some programs even look like they open in a new window. please help me fix this.

Get a command prompt and run sfc /scannow

After that, issue a chkdsk /f and reboot.

my laptop is not running well. first message is file script "run.vbs" cannot find. so what i cando it? please help me...
