Hi ahmedmaged,
I am sorry for any inconveniency cause by your WD drive. Unfortunately disconnecting the drive while in use can cause a lot of trouble. Does the drive have a drive letter? If so, run the Command Prompt as an Administrator and type the following command:
Chkdsk L: /r
Replace the L with the drive’s letter. Wait for the process to end and try to access the drive. Are there any changes?
I strongly recommend you to test the drive on another PC and with another USB cable.
Do you get an error message when you try to format the drive?
Hope this helps

Please run the PC in Safe Mode and try to open Disk Management. Check if the drive has a correct file format or it appears as RAW. Run again the Command Prompt and type:
Diskpart
List Disk
Select Disk n (n being the number of the drive)
Clean
This way you will erase all data and partitions on the drive. Go back to Disk Management and try to format.
Another option is to connect the drive to a Linux PC or using a Linux Live CD. You may have better chances recognizing the drive because sometimes Unix based systems respond better when it comes to drives with connectivity isssues.

HI,
Might be the data is deleted due to accidental disconnection. You can try “restore from previous version” option to check if there is any data available for restoration. Else there is a powerful data recovery software name as Stellar Phoenix Windows data recovery software you can try your luck with this tool.

Hi Ahmedmaged,
It feels bad that you are not able to get any success till now. If you are really curious to get back your data, I recommend to you any reliable data recovery software. By this way at least your data will be saved.
