Hdd cant detect

Hello, during reformat my Toshiba laptop with win7 cant detect the hdd, pls help asap..

Hi Rocky ilagan,

Please check if the hard drive is detected in BIOS. If it is not listed there, you may need to open the PC and check the connections. If the laptop is under warranty, contact the seller, because opening the PC will void the warranty.
If the HDD is properly connected and still not visible in BIOS, you may need to connect it in a Desktop PC as a secondary drive. If it is still missing in BIOS, unfortunately the drive may be damaged and you should get a new one.

To overcome this issue, try these points

1) Reassign drive letters to the hard drive from disk management
2) Try to connect your hard drive with another port
3) Try to connect the hard drive with another working Computer.
