Did it ever work? Have you paid your bill?
If it was working, but stopped working, check your cable/dsl/gateway and see if you have an internet connection.
If it has never worked, make certain your wifi is broadcasting on B or G band, as the PS3 does not have an N band controller..
Perhaps, it was bumped for an IP address, how big is the pool?
