Invisible Facebook message

Hello,


What should I do to receive an email to recover my fb account? ..
"we sent a message to this email address, enter the code from that message here"
Me: (opened my yahoo account... No new messages... I have done everything I knew and looked everywhere to find that precious message... Still can't find it)

Facebook didn't inform me that their messages are invisible
