Dell optiplex 3020 no display signal

Hello, my Dell optiplex 3020 is powering on and all the fans work but it doesn't show anything on monitor, I tried couple of cmos resetting methods, changing ram cleaning the port, unplugged and plugged everything back and still doesn't work. If you know a specific CMOS resetting method for this model that could help me a lot.
