PS3 to Internet with No SecurityClosed

Question

Hello, 

I want to access wireless but the security is on the connection. A screen comes up for for acceptance of rules then another screen comes up for PASS CODE but when scrolling down the rest of the screen is blank not allowing  entry .  The security is thru Safety Access which is software used by many Hotels and extended stay motels.  Is there a an upgrade required
